Guarantee: Nudey!Rudey! guarantee the workmanship on all products for one year from the date of purchase on all
products purchased new from us when the care instructions are explicitly followed.
Returns: If there is a fault in the manufacture of your purchase please contact us at orders@nudeyrudey.co.nz or on (03) 3770354 to arrange the return. Nudey!Rudey! will exchange or refund any product when the care instructions have been explicitly followed.
Shipping: Orders within New Zealand will be delivered at no cost to the customer. For international shipping rates please contact us at orders@nudeyrudey.co.nz
Social Responsibilty: 10 % of all profits made by Nudey!Rudey! will be returned to the local community. The charity/charities to benefit from this are currently under review. A fund has been established to hold the money that will be distributed when a suitable recipient has been chosen annually in a lump sum.
Environmental Commitment: Nudey!Rudey! will take all steps possible to reduce the energy consumption and waste of the company and will support employees to maintain this commitment in their home lives. This policy is to be reviewed three monthly in a whole company meeting to ensure the company is constantly moving towards improving our practices.
